About the Sagle Fire District Patch

Many businesses have logos which are part of their overall image.  Fire departments have patches which are their equivalent of a logo.  The patches are an expression of the fire department and their personnel take pride in displaying them on their uniforms and apparatus.  The personnel of the Sagle Fire District have designed their own unique patch which represents the District.

In the central field, you see a representation of the logo for Bonner County depicting the mountains, Lake Pend Orielle and the abundant forests of our area.  To the left and right are depictions of the American flag.  In the center field is the date 9-11-01, so we will never forget the terrible tragedy that took place on that day and the loss of our brethren that occurred.
