BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONEERS MEETING
May 15,
2007
Chairman Lensing called to order the special meeting
of the Sagle Fire District Commissioners at 10:00 a.m. at Northern Lights,
Present were Commissioners Dudley, Lensing, Shellhart
and Winkelmann. Also present were Chief
Goodyear and District Clerk RuthAnn Zigler.
Not present was Commissioner Rose.
Invoice Payoff for #1272 Water Tender: Commissioner Dudley made a motion to pay off the
loan with Kansas State Bank for the #1272 Water Tender in the amount of
$27,700.50.
Commissioner Winkelmann seconded and the motion carried.
Station 4: For securing the lease on the new station, we
had originally used the old parcel of land on the corner of Ferry and Dufort
Roads as part of the collateral. We
will need to sign a partial release for both the ground and the building in
order to effectively remove the lien from the old land. By signing the amended memo for both the
ground lease and the building lease it will put the lien onto the new
land.
Commissioner Winkelmann made a motion to authorize the chairman to sign the partial release of ground lease, the partial release of building lease, the amended memo of ground lease and the amended memo of building lease for effectively removing the liens on the old land and placing them on the new land. Commissioner Dudley seconded and the motion carried.
ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT NOTHERN LIGHTS —
Commissioner Dudley made a motion to adjourn to
Executive Session under the Idaho Code 67-2345 (f) for the purpose of meeting
concerning the union negotiations.
Commissioner Shellhart seconded and the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Dudley made a motion to adjourn the
meeting at 12:35 p.m. Commissioner
Shellhart seconded and the motion carried.
